Walking has no constraints

Age or money may be constraint to going to the gym but walking has no such constraints. It is always possible to walk you way to better health, a trimmer body and a longer life, no matter what your age. Walking is the best mode of exercise. It requires no equipment, money, material, companion, team, turf, and court or club membership. There is no reservation or advance booking to be made for slots or partners. You just need plain canvas shoes and the will to walk.
